Nephrite is one of two types of crystals commonly referred to as Jade. It was valued by Aborigine New Zealand and Classical China for its ability to balance and draw in male, female, and spirit energies to bless activities on earth. This is a wise, gentle, sacred, and peaceful stone that can be used to balance one’s blood and constitution, allowing one to release stress.

The Aztecs prized jade as a way to connect to their gods. It was also used for healing. In ancient times, jade was believed to be a stone of weather magic. It was believed one could control the elements and call the weather using this stone. During the Middle Ages, this crystal was believed to help women going through childbirth by providing peaceful, calming energy. Chinese folklore states that jade can transfer its virtues into your body.

The term “nephrite” comes from the Greek work for “kidney”. It is thought to be able to aid these organs.

One fo the most fascinating aspects of these ancient carving are of unknown creature figurines sometimes described as Aliens or alien-looking form or the form of a humanoid animal. This rare beautiful Nephrite Jade "Alienoid" Carving is a variety of the calcium, magnesium, and iron-rich amphibole minerals tremolite or actinolite and retains the light milky green Jadeite properties! They can be found as Translucent to opaque and often mottled in Light to dark green, yellow to red brown, white, gray, black colors. Though non-magnetic on its own, some pieces have metallic composition makes it attractive to magnets. This piece emits a high vibration, high energy and frequency when held in the hands, making it wonderful for meditation work and help with blood circulation issues.
